Providing care for transgender patients

Flora is founder, lead nurse and service manager of Bridge@Southwark. She is a practice nurse with a special interest in transgender healthcare. She is the driving force behind the Bridge@Southwark, London’s first transgender primary care service. The Bridge offers both routine primary care services and some transition related care, such as bridging hormone prescriptions.
From her work with The Bridge, Flora has since been asked speak at Parliament, educating MPs on trans healthcare and what service delivery, speak at numerous panels and conferences, and has written 2 articles which are awaiting publishing.
